The management is obviously a mess, and one of the windows I had installed does not open, and I am waiting for an appointment from them to fix it. I was given attitude from the manager when I expected them to fix the window that THEY messed up. They kept contacting me without knowledge of the job, and their online payment system just asks for money, but does not state what amount is owed. I'd look around at other vendors if you need a window.

terrible ai comercials almost ruptured my ear drums. i am trying to enjoy the movie previews without being assulted by clankers. do better.

Salesman was late for our appointment. And then i get stood up by measure department. I get a text saying my measure appointment is Friday Feb 27th noon to 4. Got stood up. They said my appointment isnt on their schedule. It says my appointment was Feb 20th. How do you sell me windows on the 22nd and put me on the week befores schedule? Not possible. The salesman was nice and informative, and the work crew were kind and considerate. However, the management is obviously a mess, and one of the windows I had installed does not open, and I am waiting for an appointment from them to fix it.
