Good luck getting them to provide warranty services. I had several windows and a front door installed in 2016. One of the picture windows was installed improperly - it was installed upside down, which I questioned [because I could see the label inside the window was upside down and the identical window installed in the other room was not] - but the installer told me since the window didn't open, it didn't matter. We replaced our windows 8 years ago. 3 years ago most of the windows are getting foggy. Last fall the service man broke the foggy window, and and then found the new window size was inaccurate. He taped the old broken window. A month ago, the window tapes were getting melt. We called him in. He requested an express process. Today I spent 15 minutes for waiting, a lady talked to me and asked me for a wait. After another 10 minutes, she hung up on me.
This is a fantastic company with people that care about you and your home. They truly have the best products and I know they will last a life time. I highly recommend this company.
