When the salesman comes to your house he tries to up sale the windows by telling you. That they have insulation like they use in Alaska and that nobody else use this. There different than everybody else's windows. But we had a person from **** *****and *****at our house before they came. After they installed the windows I started looking at them and there no different than the other windows. If you have window air conditioners they will not fit into their windows. I purchased a new storm door and entry door back in the summer of 2012. The men who installed both doors never made sure the doors were plum. I have called the manager and he told me he would have someone come out to fix the doors. That was four (4) years ago and I am still waiting.
