Had a screened-in porch enclosed around 2008-2009. At the time leaving reviews wasn't as big of a thing as it is now I guess. As far as I can tell, they did a good job with the building. However, it's what happened after that that made me very unhappy. A relative was helping me pay for the renovation, and I deposited a check from them into my bank account. Champion made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with product and installation of their services.
Service, getting the job done, following up when there was a problem....all excellent!
We are so glad that we chose Champion for our new windows. Everyone from sales to installation to follow-up were great.
Made appt and never showed up. Called their office and someone picked up and then hung up the phone.
