We just had our windows replacement consultation with Mike from Champion Windows, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Our first meeting was fantastic, Mike made everything easy. He was honest, responsive, and clearly cares about getting the job done right. We can’t wait for the windows to be installed. If you’re thinking about new windows, definitely reach out to Mike—you’ll be glad you did!
Had an appointment for a estimate. I get a text 10 mins before scheduled time canceling and to call them to reschedule. Called and told them we cleared our schedule for this and we just want to cancel. Operator said whats address. Gave it to her and she said ok...goodbye. Didnt even care. Wont try them ever again. Must realky be doing good if they could care less about a cancelation.
Very poor quality windows, extremely poor installation, I strongly advise not to purchase any items from this company!!!
