We are thrilled with our new windows! Everyone has been so professional and impressive! The installation went so smooth and so fast. Everything was so cleaned up and the windows are so crystal clear! Thank you Champion! You are the best!!
We have a new four season room from Champion. We have been fortunate to have an excellent technician and customer service specialist for our project. We have had issues from the factory that has caused us to call for Jason to come back a few times. He always comes back and tries to make things right for us. Joyce also makes things very easy when we have an issue. Both these people do an excellent job. They have been caused a lot of problems from Quality Control problems on your product from the factory.

Alvaro Aguilar (Al) did a great job with what I would say was a difficult installation. Difficult how? They had to come measure the bay window opening 2 times (2 different people) before they would even begin to build the windows at the factory. The main issue—a 4 window “bay-ish” front window that stuck out about 18 inches from the house front wall. Installer was great. Introduced himself told me the prossed and went to work. No problems. Door compared to my previous door looks fantastic.
Kristie our sales person and Al our installer could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with! They changed their schedule several times in order to accommodate our needs above theirs. Kristie explained everything to our satisfaction and made sure we knew options available to us. Al went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all he did and even returned on his own time to address a concern I had that was actually a mistake on my part.
