I had an excellent experience with Champion. I've had their basement waterproofing since 2006 and it works great. I recently had to recement my basement floor, which made the sump hole cover lower than floor level. I could no longer get the cover off (no fault of Champion's). Chris McIntyre Sr. from Champion came and assessed, jackhammered and did a beautiful job raising the container/pump to make the lid flush with the floor, and restored the cement so it looks brand new.
