Nearly impossible to get through. Four attempts made today. After reading the reviews, I’m glad no one answered.
If I could give them a ZERO, I would! I have contacted them on several different occasions to see when someone would be replacing the items that they damaged and I got no response before my deployment. I even went as far as contacting the BBB and they wouldn’t even reply also. This company is very unprofessional and I will NEVER do business with them again. Prompt response for a fair quote. Went above and beyond to work with the new buyers and me to ensure the work was done so we could close. Not only that, they took the initiative to ensure to clean the resulting dust caused by their work so that the new buyers could move into a clean space.
