I’ve been meaning to leave a review on the Lexington location for a couple months but have been busy. Jake Smith (general manager) and his crew of guys were great when waterproofing my basement and adding I-Beams. Jake was super professional, down to earth, fast communicator, and respectful of our home & humble to his crew that works for him. Jake updated us on what was taking place the three days his crew was here and he always responds to our questions no matter how small. Would recommend!
Champion recently installed 18 piers to stabilize our foundation. The general manager, Jake Smith, checked in with me daily, and was always available and responsive when we needed him. The crew was also very eager to make us happy. There was a lot of excavating involved, and whoever marks the underground lines in advance had failed to mark the water line. It broke. Our basement flooded this spring when central KY experienced record flooding. We obtained quotes from four companies to waterproof our basement and ended up going with Champion - the price was reasonable and the service we received from Jake Smith (general manager) was outstanding. Jake and the team were great! We had flooding in our basement and needed a drainage system installed. Somehow these guys did it in three days. I was exhausted just watching the incredible amount of work they did, from breaking down the concrete to carrying it upstairs, and all the steps thereafter. It is a relief to get this done. Thanks!!!!
