I worked with Joe for a lot of years even under the previous ownership. He's a good guy and knows his stuff. When everybody else doesn't get it done, Joe gets it done.

Good customer service. Overall, great experience. Although, I never smelled this level of exhaust/gas smell since having my car (I believe it was the oil change though). Clean waiting area, friendly guys at customer support, not a bad experience at all. I recommend their services.
