I was pleasantly surprised that Jesse Petersen from Champion emailed to confirm the contents of my order. I had not realized that the sizing had changed on the higher end offering for their jerseys/bibs. He wanted to confirm that that is what I indeed wanted. Because of that information I had to adjust my whole order. Had Jesse not followed up, I would have probably been pretty bummed that my new kit didn't fit like I expected it to. I bought a cycling kit through Champion System about 4 months ago. After a couple uses the zipper on the jersey failed and I must admit I was disappointed. Some time had passed and I mentioned it to our Club Boss and he contacted Champion System to discuss my zipper issue. I couldn't believe it but within 10 minutes I got a response from Ben Woodbury, Champion System and we exchanged information and within 15 minutes he warrantied the product.
