Very professional
I've had a terrible experience with purchasing a Screen Room from Champion, and I would encourage others to stay away from them altogether. I signed my contract and submitted the initial deposit one month ago. In that time, I've basically been ghosted by Champion after finally hearing back from them today. Apparently they got the estimate wrong (which I went over with the sales rep in painstaking detail multiple times in person), and I now have three options: - REDUCE the size of my screen room, - PAY an additional FIFTEEN T... read more
