They can’t keep employees they treat everyone wrong forcing them to work overtime after you work ur shift . Not able to go to the bathroom don’t waste ur time with this company .

I am not going to even read other reviews, but will read them after writing mine. The owner of this company is ON TOP of his business. I had a small issue that needed to be addressed and Rick jumped on it within minutes. It wasn't even that urgent, and I got a call with resolution and a kind apology for the small issue. If I ever need security services, or need to suggest one, Champion is my go-to. Simply personal experience.

This company is a scandal, nobody seem to care at this place. They gave me a position at hobby airport, I didn’t need a security license or had to do a drug test to get hired which are required. I worked a schedule that was Sunday -Thursday, 10 night to 6 morning. Without any notice I was told not to come to work and stay home because someone came back to work they job, I then received a phone call from Derrick asking me to work 3 days and he didn’t know the last time he’ll have something available. This a job where you have to be family to get treated fairly there are clearly things wrong with this place, they don’t pack fair and treat people like trash, I don’t understand why these small companies don’t get bought out or closed down
