The repairs themselves were done excellently, and the workers and GC/manager were very responsive throughout the project. However, my experience with the insurance billing and financing process was disappointing. If you decide to go through your insurance, make sure you fully understand and verify every detail before agreeing to anything. I learned this the hard way. Aaron, Javi and Rodrigo did a great job handling a water damaged area in a bathroom. Comms were clear, the team was punctual and friendly, and the job was done efficiently and cleanly. Thank you UPDATE JUNE 2026 - Champion Restoration remodeled the same bathroom. Luis and his team did an excellent job. High standard of work, cleanliness, and craftsmanship.
