My plumber/AC guy suggested I use Champion Restoration for a mold build up in a closet due to a duct that had no insulation anymore and was condensing over a long period of time. The water damage to our home occurred at an unusually challenging time for us. While our insurance company claim was difficult, Champion was not. Our Project Manage, Zayne Luksa skillfully guided us through the repair process by coordinating the various contractors and their specific tasks. They all worked very hard and did first rate work.
After discovering a water leak Friday night and getting it repaired late Saturday morning, Champion came out by mid-afternoon to start the restoration work. Aaron and his helper had the wet sheet rock and insulation removed and the drying process underway within a couple hours.
