Drop off a screen to be repaired in july never received a call saying it was done after 3 weeks of them haveing it Icalled them they couldn't find it still missing 1 month later going on 2 months and this is a life time warranty trying calling them they never answer service dept stated on hold almost a hour poor coustmer service I would think twice about using them
Our Sales Representative, Marquettia McCain was very informative, personable and efficient. She was very kind and patient while explaining financing etc. I would definitely recommend her as well as Champion. We had a sliding glass door installed by Champion in 2008 and are still very satisfied with the product and installation.
Trouble started when we could not get them out to begin the job after we had paid a portion of the total------The lady in customer service began ignoring my phone calls and that continued for several weeks---workers finally began the job and tore apart majority of our drywall next to windows...very poor work--to repair it they sanded it and spackled it and told us to sand paper it--For the price I paid I should not have to touch it--Then it was discovered one of the windows was scratched---they brought us a replacement sever... read more
