On Sunday 9-29-25 PAO JEN CHIU arrived promptly for the scheduled estimate for patio door and windows replacement estimate… Other window companies were offering similar discounts, but PAO honestly answered my questions, which could have cost him the sale… His integrity, knowledge, NO pressure, cordiality is what made my decision to purchase from him. Please take a moment to read this review. I Initially posted a 1 star review, sences then I have retracked that decision. Sence going through my trouble Donna in service again step in to assist me with my problem 100% in sending out frank and james to fix the initial issue and why they were at my residents they repaired 2 other screens that were bad therefore the service was exceptional I would again use champion windows for further projects. Thank You Donna
The experience was great from the start meeting with Kevin Conley. Bob then came out to measure. He was on time and respectful. The installation was completed by Johnathan, Jeff and Ryan.
Drop off a screen to be repaired in july never received a call saying it was done after 3 weeks of them haveing it Icalled them they couldn't find it still missing 1 month later going on 2 months and this is a life time warranty trying calling them they never answer service dept stated on hold almost a hour poor coustmer service I would think twice about using them
