Patrick is a patient and thoughtful man who explained everything clearly. We are looking forward to working with Champion on a new sunroom for our Tempe AZ house
JC (& Shad :) was friendly, courteous, respectful, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the company and its product. He was not at all pushy, & was very patient as we navigated through purchase and payment options. JC encouraged us to contact him anytime during and after our window installation with questions, concerns, and/or comments. He truly believes in Champion and seemed very genuine and invested in our satisfaction.

We had our back patio enclosed into a sunroom. The whole project, from contract signing to completion took about a year, which for some might be a deal breaker, but the end result was very high quality. The time for completion was due to several factors including waiting for HOA approval and waiting on a city building permit and not necessarily anything Champion did wrong.
