Mike our sales rep was friendly and efficient. Having a previous installation of Champion windows, we knew what we were getting. Even with discounts, the windows are on the high side of average, but the windows are very good.

Somewhat sloppy workmanship with caulking ,weather stripping on door not resolved yet don't seem to want to fix it Reasons for poor rating.Still have not fixed my 7500.00 door I cannot recommend these people at all 7-9-25.its been over 7 months now.
