In making my decision, I got 3 quotes. First, a cheap quote from a company that would put in low quality windows. Second, from Pella who gave a lot of great info, but also said I'd be responsible for fixing my paint and drywall after the install. Third, Champion. They gave a great demonstration that showed the flaws of going with the other companies, why good quality windows are worth it, and they took care of the paint, drywall, and replaced some rotten wood around the old windows too at no extra cost. The process was easy and explained well. Second time using Champion and is always a good experience!
On my Dad's behalf. He had his Windows and doors installed and they thought it was ok to leave wood planks as a finished job. Unacceptable! He paid for this to be a completed job and it's. definitely a messy job that is incomplete!

Our initial meeting with Andrew was great. We were looking for a quote for enclosing both our deck & our downstairs patio area. He asked the right questions to help us get focused on what we wanted, & was helpful & professional with his comments & suggestions. We ended the meeting with a clear understanding of the project scope & cost.
