The screen room they built was fine BUT the service needed a year later was horrible!! We needed the screen in the door replaced as it had failed….we had to wait over 3 weeks to get someone to come out and when they did they broke a bracket that holds the insert in place….a month later Champion sent another person out and we were told we would get the brackets within the week….that was weeks ago!!
