Enoch took care of our problem quickly and did a good job. Joyce is always efficient and keeps us posted on when our service man will be here.
Champion customer service for replacement windows kept me informed & the installer, Enoch, did a great job.
We have had Champions windows for several years and had to have 2 windows replaced. Joyce was excellent in getting us scheduled for service and Enoch came and installed our windows without any issues
Enoch was so pleasant & professional, I made sure HE returned to do the install. Over the phone, Joyce was warm, informative, very cheery. I would recommend Champion to others. The process-beginning to end -was easy, on time, no glitches at all.
We have a new four season room from Champion. We have been fortunate to have an excellent technician and customer service specialist for our project. We have had issues from the factory that has caused us to call for Jason to come back a few times. He always comes back and tries to make things right for us. Joyce also makes things very easy when we have an issue. Both these people do an excellent job. They have been caused a lot of problems from Quality Control problems on your product from the factory.
