I had a great experience with Champion Replacement Windows. Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The pricing was very fair, and I never felt pressured or unsure about what I was getting. Mark was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!
Mark was very impressive and to the point. He’s a good “soft salesman”,so much so, that I canceled my appointment that I had the next day for an estimate with a different company.
Install was fine; replacement windows lost 4 inches of glass width over original windows; exterior thin metal finish trim (approx 2-1/4 inches wide) makes windows look even smaller since window is not flush to opening; exterior metal trim has a nice textured finish; interior finish trim is nice; half screens did not fit due to plastic flash, I trimmed the flash and they are fine
