installers were very good and efficieny

The work itself was good. The install was chaotic and took two days with a half crew. The scheduling is either over capacity or they simply don’t mind working till 9:00 pm. We have a special needs child so this was very difficult and would have made accommodations had we known. They made it seem like it wouldn’t be the case. They also cut our son’s comforter which took us a few days to calm him down. I can’t speak to the longevity yet, but when the sales person was approached the response was “it’ll be fine”.
