I’m seeing a lot of 1 star reviews from local competition trying to drive false information. people should give honest reviews Champion windows is by far the best company in the area.window quality/office staff/warranty far exceeds any local company. Do your research champion offers “quality”not “quantity” like other companies.
I set up an appointment online. Later I received an email and text confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. I called the number that was in the text message and explained the situation. She told me all she could do was send an email to the store. I never heard from anyone. I called back at the 5:45 and the girl offered to reschedule the appointment. I told her no thanks...their lack on consideration and communication speaks volumes of the company.
