Richard was very professional in his sales presentation and seemed to be quite knowledgeable of his product.

It was a smooth, no-pressure demonstration and presentation of Champion windows. George was very nice and informative when showing the windows information. I enjoyed our conversation and his help in getting our project started. He was excellent. But it did take a while for the sales presentation. The installation took all day on the day they came. When I inspected all of the windows the next day, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. A service guy came out and looked but could only do part of the repairs. Anoth... read more
