The customer service leading up to ordering the windows has been excellent! We have been customers in Colorado and now in Texas. Very pleased!
I had my sunroom install from Champion Very good service windows installed within 2-3 days
Installation was great
We bought windows in 2019. After the install we had a few adjustments need and called our salesman Chris...who proceeds to tell us he quit because Champion is terrible to it's customers and employees and that he started all his own company. Not what he was saying a few weeks prior in our living room. Fast forward to now most of our windows have plastic coming off and one broke on its own while my husband and I were watching tv. Prakash was the nicest guy and he really believes in his product. We enjoyed meeting him and hearing about Champion windows, which seem to be a superior product. Looking forward to having our new windows!!
