The install crew of Juan Ivan and Angel were excellent. They were productive, clean and careful with our property. They cleaned up perfectly. The install of 13 windows took 6 hours. Great job!
If I could give zero stars I would. I actually never have used Champion. They no showed to a quote on siding. Now I get spam promotional mail from them. They have the audacity to stand me up, and now you are advertising to me? Get real. I called to have my address taken off their mailing list and they assured me it would be taken care of and today I get more junk in my mail box. If someone can actually take me off their mailing list I will happily remove my review.
BEWARE!! Get copies of everything the day they come out, because trust me it changes and before you know it your getting a bill, instead of the financing you were supposed to be using!!
The customer service leading up to ordering the windows has been excellent! We have been customers in Colorado and now in Texas. Very pleased!
