I regret using Champion. My salesperson Tyler might have known about the windows but apparently knew little about installation. Being replacement windows, I expressed concern, more than once during the appointment, about how much of my windowsill depth I would lose. I was assured, again, more than once, I would lose approximately 1 inch. Completely false as you can see from the before and after pictures. Great experience from start to finish of the project. They kept me in the loop from the office staff to the installers. The installers were great showed up on time and treated my home with. Happy to recommend them to another project.
Tyler came out and gave us his presentation and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time and answered all of our questions. he put both of us at ease immediately, and when we made the decision to but, he bent over backwards to get us the price and financing that we needed.
I regret using this company. Champion window lied about being a certified energy sufficient company. The salesman Rich lied to my face and said the windows and door was certified energy sufficient and I could transfer the warranty to my son. I gave him all the information. Tax time and of course I could not get a tax write off because of this company. Thd installers were wonderful. Im just happy that I didn't get all my windows done from this company. Still having problems with the storm door.
Tyler DelPriore was the salesman for Champion Windows that sold us 12 new windows. We were quite nervous about replacing all of our windows. Worried about labor, quality and of course pricing. Tyler was so easy to talk to and prepared with all necessary information with literature and data to back up all he told us regarding Champion Windows.
