I regret using Champion. My salesperson Tyler might have known about the windows but apparently knew little about installation. Being replacement windows, I expressed concern, more than once during the appointment, about how much of my windowsill depth I would lose. I was assured, again, more than once, I would lose approximately 1 inch. Completely false as you can see from the before and after pictures. Great experience from start to finish of the project. They kept me in the loop from the office staff to the installers. The installers were great showed up on time and treated my home with. Happy to recommend them to another project.

The main installer done an amazing job. Made sure to do the job right the first time. Talked to me everyday letting me know the progress and issues. Highly recommend him. Is a subcontractor for Champion. Where I took issue was the 3rd day, they were called off of my project to do another job. Not something I liked very much. They tried to do the same thing the following week but he refused. 2nd issue I had was the installer was alone for 4 days. Tyler came out and gave us his presentation and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time and answered all of our questions. he put both of us at ease immediately, and when we made the decision to but, he bent over backwards to get us the price and financing that we needed.

We had a consultation with Joseph Snyder regarding replacing our 24 years old window and a patio door. He was very professional and explained everything in details. Best part was there was no pressure to buy unlike our past experience with other window & door companies. We moved ahead with the purchase because we felt it was a good price for the quality of the product and unbeatable life time warranty as long as we own this property. Would recommend and intend to with family and friends.
