My experience with your company, has been just fine. Joe Snyder was a very pleasant sales representative. He explained the function and structure of the windows. He gave me options on types and costs. He didn't push me to buy. Very pleasant to do business with.
Fort the most part good, the siding installers were exceptional but only worked short hours most of the days. Gutters were where good except for the front it looked like they had a problem with getting it to fit.
I told myself I was not signing to purchase windows and was just getting a quote. SOLD! The customer service and throughnes was unbelievable. I can wait for the new windows and......a new door.
Tyler was a very knowledgeable salesperson. He answered all of our questions and explained the product in great detail. I feel like he worked with us to get the best pricing and we are very excited to get our new windows!
Tyler came out and gave us his presentation and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time and answered all of our questions. he put both of us at ease immediately, and when we made the decision to but, he bent over backwards to get us the price and financing that we needed.
