They lied and stated Champion installed the windows. They hired a sub contractor to install mine and they didn't do a good job. They missed gaps in the trim of windows in my windows sill has two huge holes left. So when I've issues down the road Champion will state it is the installation of the windows that caused the issue and I will be out the life time guarantee. Not happy with the $20,000 I invested

If you are like me and thinking "hey this company looks like it has a good product" and "ohh wow they are offering me a ridiculous price if I take it right now" then read this first before you waste your time and money and potentially damage your home. 18 months ago, we signed into an agreement for some doors and a large triple window. I wouldn't buy anything of champions. Have two windows I can't open because the lever that locks them won't work and another the arm that draws window back in to lock is broke. Installed in March and they had 3 appointments that they haven't shown up for. I sent pics to the service guy and his solution was cut the arms of the locks off.🤔
I drove over a hour for the appointment, only to get a text 30 minutes before the scheduled time saying there was a conflict in the schedules. Surely someone knew this the night before and could have been more considerant of my time. I will not give them a second chance to disappoint me.
Not only were they priced more than better quality windows but I’ve never received that gift card I was promised for allowing them to quote my windows. 15 months and no card!
