We had Marcus Bonner from Champion windows give us a quote today to replace 6 of our windows. We were very happy with his presentation showing us the quality of these new windows. We were extremely glad that we were able to take advantage of their end of summer promotion. We can hardly wait until they are installed.
great installers very fast and efficient. windows look wonderful, I would use them again.
When I signed the contract, I was very clear that the stairs were to be completely closed. The salesman failed to mark a box in the contract for additional skirting. The materials that were sent to the workers did not include enough for the skirting. When I spoke with a manager about this, his attitude was "you signed the contract and this is all you're getting." I could not ask for a better customer service rep. She was great. She was so kind and sympathetic to me since it took over FOUR years for them to complete the installation of my windows. She set the standard on how customer service should be. If the company was smart, they would have her train the new hires on how to act because I had plenty of them and always got the run around.
