We called Champion to see about getting a Three Season Room, Marcus came out and we went over what we were thinking about and he showed us some pictures and he had some ideas that we never thought of since our porch was higher by adding transom’s at the top. Marcus was very helpful asking us questions to determine what we wanted and he got our doggie door in it.
BUYER BEWARE! I’m reporting them to the BBB. We ordered 2 custom exterior doors in June and were told 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. It is now October 1. We have no doors and no communication, but we have made 3 payments on these doors. Today someone FINALLY got back with us and said we were quoted $3000 under price. WHAT?? After several attempts of us trying to just get some communication over several weeks, we get this call. We really should get our doors anyway!
