Never got my appointment. Lady on the phone said I needed to make it online went throughout the process and got confirmation and no one showed up. I called and they said they had no appointment for that day or time. They have to have the home owner home but work on their own schedule. My fiancé works out of town and took time off to be sure to be here and no one showed up. Very disappointed and will not use their services no matter the “deal” they have going on.

This review covers my experiences with the sales person Spencer Gaston and the person who came to take the final measurements for the windows and sliding glass doors. I'll write again after installation. Spencer arrived on-time for the appointment. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He introduced the company (windows made in USA) and explained all the features of the windows thoroughly. I am still in early stages with this sunroom project and am less than pleased. As soon as they drafted their first installment it has been hard to get ahold of them. I am already on my second loan payment and still do not have the info I need from Champion for my HOA approval after repeated attempts. Even when they came back out after a month to ask for more money, I reminded them about the information and was promised it that same week.
