Sales Rep was personable & professional.
Elena was very informative and explained products, installation and warranty fully.
My issue is with the financial process. The original payment starts the 12 month $0 %interest. When you add charges 3 months later the total amount increases but the payoff time does not extend. This increases the amount. If you charge the entire amount, that would be included in the 12 month period.
My husband and I are pleased to say our meeting today with Champion sales representative Mark Dollard was informative and professional. He understood exactly what we wanted and was very patient as we made choices and decisions on every aspect of the job. We feel confident Mark will look after us well! He is a 5 star guy!
