Charlie did a great job breaking down the window replacement process and had a no nonsense approach which was greatly appreciated. We are excited for our new windows thanks to Charlie and Champion!
We placed our order in April 2024 and were promised by the salesperson Brent that we would be in our room by October of that year. Champion was quick to take our deposit and come out to measure for our all season sunroom. During that time, there was a change in project managers. In August 2024, we began to call Champion regarding our building permit. We heard from the salesperson about 2 thirds of the time. The sales Repwas very detailed in what they would provide and how it would meet our needs and desires. They were however a little misleading as to how the roofing would exactly match our current roofing. It was the same shade but not the same pattern. The installers were very good. I was a little disappointed with the concrete installer. Love Champion Windows…..great people from sales to Jose the best installer around! The windows are amazing and way cheaper than the ones from Andersen!!! They clean up after finishing and I have called them back for more!
