Terrible communication! Sales man we worked with said he’s been with the company for 8 years. We purchased 17 windows in our home and spent over 20,000. The front window of the house which is the most important window, was not replaced because of miscommunication with the sales man. I was under impression the window was in our quote, because why wouldn’t get the window replaced in the front of the house. It’s a window with a transit over it. This is my 3rd experience with Champion windows. I am pleased with Champion windows.
If I had it to do all over again, I would not have bought my windows from Champion. We paid 25K for windows that don’t shut or locked. The best part is when you call your contact person, sales person or a customer service no one will respond.. Isn’t that the best customer service you can ask for. Buyer beware don’t do it.
I want to than your company for sending Mr. Max Klein Champion for a sunroom estimate. He examined everything were as a lady I could comprehend. The sunrooms ideas are so beautiful and will bring value to my house. We need more young men like him in the home improvements life. Thank you so much for his time and efforts in answering all my question and giving me some the champion ideas.
