Had issues with "sash" windows which were installed in 2003. Had very quick response and assessment. Parts were replaced requiring 2 visits and all (12) windows are working well now. Cost was for initial visit and assessment.
I can’t speak to the quality of the products, but they no-showed for my in-home consultation visit. There was no communication about a delay or rescheduling either. Will look elsewhere for new doors.
Mike was very informative about the energy saving windows. We ordered both vinyl windows and three exterior doors and storm doors. We are waiting for our final measurements and ordering of our products. We researched different brands and companies and found champion to impress us. Will give review after installation.
