While the service technicians we dealt with were polite and friendly, I'm not at all impressed with the actual level of service to replace these supposedly lifetime guaranteed windows. It cost $195 to get a replacement for my fogged kitchen window, took MONTHS for the new one to come, and the one they installed today HAS A CRACK that was not apparent until after the tech left and the initial fogging cleared. Our experience with Champion Windows was a “nightmare” from the start, to say the least! It started in September of 2023 until September of 2024. Yes, it took one (1) year, if you can believe it! It would take an entire chapter to list all the things that went wrong. I want to give a one star rating, but, I can’t even give that, without physically giving one star!!!
I order a patio door in Feb 2024. I still have not received the patio door. They came out twice to install the wrong size of patio door. After the second time i requested to cancel and credit my bill. They will not. It was past the reasonable allotted time for a product to be delivered with patience. They fully charged my financing company for the patio door back in May. Customer service is terrible. Our roof was installed about two years ago. Now, the shingles are coming unglued and falling off the roof. Champion was notified in August. A service guy (Joe) came out to look. It is now the end of December. I call them every few weeks only to get the runaround. No one ever calls me back. I just want my roof fixed. 2024: Update on my review: The roof finally got fixed but now we are getting the run-around with getting service on failing windows. Champion has an absolute gem on their team with Melissa Sheppard. She was informative, personable, & why I’ve decided to use Champion for replacing my windows. Update: My windows were installed today. I can’t say enough about George(Install Manager) & Carlos & his crew. They all were exceptional.
