**Salesmen are recording in your home without your knowledge** I was very disappointed to find that my long standing Champion rep was no longer with the company today. He left because he was not willing to record in our homes without our knowledge. I will finish my project with another reputable company that is local. Shame on you Champion.
Buyer beware!!!!! We have had the WORST customer service ever. The sliding door they put in is no longer manufactured so when our handle broke (manufacture defect), they replaced it with an incorrect one and “rigged it”. Well, it has since fallen off each time we open and close it. We have called multiple times over the past month and they are aware of the issue but they never follow-up after they state they will. Offered a one time only discount by Devon. Nine windows were ordered 7/22, openings were measured twice by two different crews, windows were finally installed late 11/22. Photos show larger than usual gaps because of poor measurements, which don't appear to be air tight, windows were requested to be installed offset for stucco but we're installed flush on the panel. Some windows are hard to open, and Greensky credit is a nightmare to deal with. I suggest shopping local window manufactures before getting suckered by the "deal... read more
