Sliding door install -> 6 weeks in and still no screen door. It came with a defect, haven’t seen hide nor hair from them since and can’t get any help. Constant runaround. Do not use champion!!!! Champion of run around is right. 7 weeks after install - warped materials already. Insane about this “reputable” company. Btw, I did call the number they published. It all goes to a clearinghouse. Please be warned, folks!
I contacted Champion about replacing a broken window screen in March. It is now July and I am still waiting. I have been given nothing but excuses and run around. I will not use this company ever again.
