Worse company ever. Had to file BBB complaint to get job done. Screen door does not lock. Worthless Stay away
The installers did not do what was promised about leveling the floors before laying the new floor. A toilet upstairs was lifted to put floors under it which caused it to leak and damage the ceiling downstairs. Huge headache trying to get them to pay for repairs. Had to have them come back twice to fix uneven floors upstairs and still didn't do a complete level job. Would not recommend this company at all.
Tom provided an ok presentation with many promises, yet disappeared once he left the house. NO service after they get your signature - I felt as I was scammed after he or his organization disappeared - emails came in from Head office and Installation team did great
The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. However, I cannot say the same for Keith, the man who overall the installation of my sunroom. The first day the workers came to start the insulation. It rained very hard. They put covers over the floor, but did not weigh them down properly and my floor got wet. The tiles came up slightly in one spot when I tried to contact Keith. He did not bother to respond.
