Went there to have my 3400 checked out. My battery was shot. Replaced it even though I was out of warranty. Generator runs great. They just won a customer for life. UPDATE Just picked up my same generator (7 years old now) I took it in for service and damage that I did. Long story short, Eddie got me all fixed up and it runs like it is brand new. We live in our RV and the service and folks that work there are amazing. Like I said, customer for life. Home base out of Texas so worth the trip haha

Very poor products and even worse customer service
I've been using your product for years with no issues now all of the sudden the 3-year warranty doesn't apply if you're a business you only get a 270 day warranty that is ridiculous you know how much money I've given your company well that stops today all do to your false advertising I will be sure to let every business I know know looking for a generator the truth about your warranty should have been honest from the start I used to advertise your generator to everybody because the 3-year warranty you couldn't beat
