My recent experience with Rufus and Champion Plumbing was positive in all regards. My initial call was answered quickly and an appointment was arranged for later that day. As requested, Rufus contacted me to give me an ETA. He listened attentively to my explanation of our clog problem. We had ongoing clog issues with a hard obstruction 15 feet into our line. He and his assistant fixed the issues and did not try to increase our expenses unnecessarily. He fixed the problems very quickly and the results were outstanding.
