Champion has helped me target a ton of weaknesses I was kind of glossing over in my past training programs. I feel so supported by Greg, Eric, Bobby, Mike and Kylie. It is a great environment to iteratively fail in, because it has made me a better and more resilient athlete.

I am a runner in my 40’s training for my first marathon. After a few months of training, I developed pain in my Achilles tendon . I couldn’t walk without limping let alone run. This was about 9 weeks before the NYC marathon. I scheduled an appointment with Kevin Coughlin at Champion and he was able to see me within a few days.
