Extremely disappointed! Appointment at 9 am today, supposedly they open at 9 am today. Arrived a couple of minutes early, had preregistered online, no problem. Got brought back to room at 9:39 and told doctor is running behind. I asked how much he was running behind schedule and she really couldn't tell me. She said that he was with a new patient and that would take longer and then there were two established patients ahead of me. After nearly a decade relationship with Dr. Torrence, I was informed I was done with him. About a year ago, I was issued a temporary handicap placard. This placard made all the difference in my day to day life. Between two bad knees that I was prescribed corrective orthopedic braces for, and the multiple problems with my back, the card was a life saver.
