Front desk staff for the orthopedic clinic is rude and uneducated on procedure for tricare patients. They did not get authorization from tricare for my daughters visit and instead of them taking responsibility and calling tricare they asked me to do it. I ended up in the emergency room on February 12 for a dislocated patella and afterwards they wanted me to follow up with an orthopedic office and so they recommended Charles Race at champion orthopedics. They gave me a heads up that the next day on Friday the office closes at noon so I should call to make an appointment before then so I did and I made my appointment for Monday the 23rd at 8:30 AM because I had to go back to work on Tuesday the 24th. Don't use Dr Race. I didn't get to talk to my surgeon until 7 1/2 weeks after surgery. Serious complication and he couldn't be bother.
