If you have an appointment here, prepare to spend your entire day waiting. They are so unprofessional and inconsiderate as far as scheduling and wait times. Spent well over an hour in the waiting room alone for my sons appointment. No respect for their patients time. And this is every single appointment.
The absolute worst experience ever poor customer service, poor professionalism provided by the whole entire staff
i tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt during my orthodontic treatment but i can’t anymore. i have mentioned MULTIPLE times during my treatment course since 2022 that some of the brackets were too high up towards my gums. it kept getting brushed off that i wasn’t getting food out of my teeth fully after eating. it seemed believable since this is my first time having braces. but my oral health should NOT be to the point that my back top permanent molar is loose to the point that it can’t be saved. you’re tellin... read more
