Do not go to this business. let me save you time and money. if you book an appointment for an Invisalign- they will stretch it out into 5 different appointments and will come up with all sorts of excuses as to why you can't have anything done today and need to come back next time, but STILL have to pay today. If I could give zero stars-they would owe me about 50 stars now. We came to this place only because of the advisement we heard on the radio about half price braces. Not ONLY did we pay DOUBLE THE PRICE, but also every appoint is being dragged out, things being added on daily basis to our account that we did not discuss with the dentist. Finally… thank you Jalisa! Covid happened at the time I worked there and I was unable to express exactly what you posted.. tried to report this practice through the dental board. Again, due to Covid it was impossible. I was a employee, not terminated and as such, I know way more than a patient.. I’m allowed to comment and post a review.. I made numerous reports of violations to the corporate office “ Reimels Group”. They did absolutely nothing. There is NO WAY I will EVER have any type of communication with this practice.
