This place is an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing. I am a current patient, paying for braces, and every month the SAME problem happens. The money is always in my account on time, yet they never take it out. Instead, I get told my card was “declined.” That is a flat-out lie. And here’s the kicker: if I go in person to pay, they demand over $200 instead of the actual payment amount of $187. That’s robbery.
