I’m very disappointed with my experience at Champion Orthodontics. When we requested my son’s scans, the office initially refused to release them, even though they are part of his medical records. It wasn’t until we insisted and pushed for them that they finally agreed to provide the scans. To make things worse, they then decided to charge us $450 just to release his retainer scans—something that feels unreasonable and unfair. The front desk girls are very good , the Dr Shrager and the other stuff communicated with you very well and explain all the concerns you have with you child . They been working with my son for 2 years and I like how they can work with you about the appointment and financing.
Front desk is amazing , the girls in the back and Dr Shrager are always so communicative , and great overall. Would definitely recommend this practice!
Unfortunately, I'm unable to give anything less than one star. The manager to this location, she's also the manager to another location, Is extremely rude and impatient. I was very relieved to return to our old practice and bear the 40 minute drive to Raleigh. My daughter also pleaded for the return 🥲
They have very nice people that can communicate well when you need help or something isn’t right.
