I ordered windows on June 30th and told 30 days. it is Aug. 5th and my rep nor the install will call me back and thatbis after a big deposit. no customer service at all so far.
Great product but VERY poor after installation service. Between two homes, we have spent easily $50K + for windows and doors. We have a leaking downstairs door they installed mid-2019 and we have called 3 times over the past 3 weeks to schedule someone to fix it. Each time the receptionist said she would put a message in to “Charlie” who is the alleged service manager. Either Charlie can’t read or he chooses to ignore customers who help pay his salary. Be more upfront about cancellation policy and answer your phones or at least call back. Total ripoff to pay almost $500.00 for a free consult and some paperwork done.
Recommendedjust had siding installed, the crew were great workers, polite, cleaned up everything!! helpful with our questions!! my house is beautiful, can't wait for the windows!
