This is in regards to a cross country move in 2021. Didn't wrap any of our furniture in blankets, broke a laptop in the move, and delivered everything one month late despite calling them almost every day and being told that they would take care of everything. Very rude and unhelpful manager. Use another company and save yourself the hassle.
Payton was awesome. Had a fantastic attitude and treated the kids with such kindness. I wasn't there when my stuff was loaded on the truck. Gave Payton verbal directions of what was going. He nailed out of the park. Even 4 days after the instructions.
Champion has the best movers! Justin, Payton, Jake, and Bob are SO nice, professional, courteous, and patient. They arrive when they say they will, work hard, take great care not to break or scratch anything, have good ideas about how to handle things, and are diligent about cleanup. Oh and they’re fun to chat and joke around with too. Thanks guys!!!
Justin R. and Peyton R. were absolutely exceptional! They packed my entire house with care and efficiency, then returned the next day to load everything into the truck for delivery—all within a week. Their customer service and the way they treated my belongings showed genuine care and empathy. I can’t say enough good things about these two and the company as a whole. Thank you!
I've had the pleasure of having Justin Draper move my niece out of a difficult and sensitive situation. Justin was fast paced and professional. He greeted us shaking our hands with high motivation. This man worked alone strapping heavy totes and boxes 3 at a time to his back climbing up and down deep stairwells, wrapping and padding heavy bedroom furniture and packing the truck in a speed of light..The only issue with Justin was he was hard to stop when water was offered for him to drink. haha.
