I had great experience at Hanover Mazda. Bought a used certificate CX5 with Mazda warranty. Had an issue with radio display & dealer changed it with out giving me a hassle
This is the first time I've been here since they moved to this new location, and I can honestly say customer service is just as good if not better than before. They were friendly and very thorough. Alex was a great help!
Brand new location, so everything has that new car [dealership] smell. State of the art service dock so you don't get wet if it is raining when you arrive. Well, that doesn't work for after hours, but they do have a dropoff box ready for you. Make sure to check which lane to come in as one is sometimes used as the exit. Had a regular oil change and tire rotation here 6 months ago for $82. Today, I paid $105 for the same service after waiting an hour and a half. The employees here are friendly, but I've never paid that for any oil change service before. Guess I need to find another place for all of my future vehicle needs.
