I scheduled a trip for 10/6/2018 for my wedding in the Scarlet and Gray bus. Everything was going fine on my wedding day until Champion called and cancelled my trip an hour and a half before I was supposed to be picked up claiming “our driver is currently in a hostage situation so we are cancelling your trip.” Let me say this again, this was literally just hours before I had to walk down the aisle. They were way late for daughters wedding. We ended up having to shove bridal party into cars or they would have been eve night later for wedding. Have not returned calls at all !! Had my daughter in Tears on her special day. Paid full price and no effort to return our numerous calls. Do not use this service !! Customer service should be high priority and this company shows no effort to care about their customer. I am sure there are several companies out there you can use who respects the customer !!! Horrible! They took kids money for prom sent the wrong vehicle and never issued a promised refund and may I mention the vehicle they sent was too small (held 16 when they were a confirmed group of 20!) and my daughter and friends were cramped like sardines some on the floor... Don’t use them they are awful, low class and owner is obnoxious and let me also add that he hangs up on u if u question his lack of integrity and refuses to answer your call or respond to numerous voice messages. Champion was extremely easy to work with and made accommodations for a couple of unforseen snags. They even upgraded our limo for our wedding because of a very minor issue with the limo we had reserved(which nobody would have noticed). I'll use them any time I need 1st class transportation!
