Zach is by far the best salesman this company has ever had!!!!!
Absolutely horrible !!!! It will take you 17 calls to get ahold of someone. When you are finally able to reach someone typically they are unable to help and will dispatch 3rd party contractors to do work on their equipment. Through the years of my work one thing I have learned is a company that makes but can not service their own equipment is not good for business. Rj and Josh great customer service rep, polite and respectful!
Please respect the customer's decision when going door-to-door. If they answer "no", acknowledge it and move on. That's all you got to do. It's very unprofessional to invite yourself into their home for 3 hours and pressure them into buying your product against their will, especially at night. There are better ways to make money. I also would like to point out that I have high-functioning autism. People like this (unfortunately) have a tendency to be easy targets for such derogatory business.
