I purchased a manufactured home from them and it was delivered January 2025 the quality of work was crap all the trim fell off the walls, cabnits was all uneven floors had softspots ripped flooring under appliances and the list goes on I have over 120 pictures of things wrong with the house. and in a year's time I had 5 different contractors show up to work on it and fix things and spend a total of maybe 15 hours at my house working on it between the 5!
