It seems like if the home that is being built that cost more than $150,000 the craftsmanship is better than a $100,000 home. The photo below is of sheet rock that was held in place by a brand strip. The drywall wasn’t even secure to the wall. Our home is just over 2 years old and we already have to sink thousands of dollars in repairs.
