Deborah Parks is awesome!! We told her our budget and she showed us all our options and never went outside our budget. She made us aware if we wanted to look at anything else if it would fit in our amounts or not. She cared as much about our costs as we did and was patient and very kind. NEVER tried to over-sale us. Let us know what was coming up for sale, i appreciate her so very much.
