We were in the office this past weekend and Kylie helped us. She was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable about all of the homes and upgrades. She answered all of our questions very thoroughly and walked us through each plan and what it offered. She is a true asset to this business and future customers/homeowners! We will definitely go back soon to complete this process! The homes are GORGEOUS and come with so many beautiful features, materials and accents.
From the moment I stepped into their office in Lillington NC and met my salesperson, Debbie, I had an incredible experience. I drove two hours to view the homes, and Debbie never made me feel rushed or pressured. She personalized each visit, phone call, and text, making me feel like her top priority. I called and talked to Debbie. She doesn’t do modular homes there and she went out of her way to help me get a company and phone number that would help me with modular homes so if you’re ever in the market for a single wide or double wide trailer she’s your go to. I’ve been in business over 38 years and customer service is what keeps me in business. She’s an asset to the company. Keep up the good work.

Bought 3 homes all had issues and if you are outta town and not on ground is even worse and the warranty is horrible
