I would like to say Ms Pamela , of Champion Homes, gave me great Services and was excellent in explaining everything with a purchase of my First Manufactured Home. And Again with another purchase as well. She is an amazing Sales person. Thank you again Ms Pamela .
THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I have had nothing but back and forth headaches with this company who built my modular home. I’m paying for a house I can’t even live in yet because the floors are messed up and have not been fixed prior to my home being ready. They placed all the materials on my floors and they ruined them! The company keeps giving me the run around about other options when it was it was a factory defect! I will NOT recommend them to anyone else!
In August of 2023 we moved into our new home. We now 3 years later have a mold problem due to the horrible misfortune of buying a home from one of the many dealers champion homes are sold from. The pictures I have attached are of the roof of our home, the marriage line walls and the mold in the marriage line walls. Water is coming down those walls on the inside making the walls soft and water is now seeping out of our light switches. Can someone please explain to us why this is happening and who is to blame. Great place to look for a new home. They have some really nice models here and reasonably priced
