You cannot get these people on the phone, nor get them to return your call! Been waiting on my home for 10 weeks now and cannot get them to give me an update on it! When you spend this much money with a company this is unacceptable! Poorly run business to say the least!
Paid cash for a 2023 mobile home and within a year it was falling all to pieces. Front door leaks, fire alarms wouldn't stop going off all day all night. Shower leaks you name it it's happening. Wasted $85,000
This place sucks 4hours to unload they sort the material for inspection as they unload it.
I wouldn’t buy a champion home unless you want to wait 3 months on your walkthrough paperwork to be addressed, then another 7 months on a work order to be placed and to be told one thing and them do another. To wait 7 months with several emails back and forth to be told the delay was them having your last name wrong (irrelevant), when you’ve already had 2 contractors out with over half of issues on original walk through paperwork not addressed.
