Scheduled an appointment and they no-showed. Had to call and ask if they were coming only to told they won’t make it today and they would like to reschedule. Wouldn’t trust these guys at all, very unprofessional.

Months for a call back, terrible customer service. After a nail was through our floor and the beams are now twisted. Took 4 months for someone to come look at issues and the foreman had to use our tools. Removed from companies to use/recommend them. Do research lots of people unhappy once I posted how terrible the customer service was, in the Fort Bend County area.
We called Champion to look at our foundation for repair. They came out on time and instead of selling us a foundation repair told us it is not necessary. It's good having a good honest company.
