DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I have water damage in my roof that they refuse to help repair , water coming in through my floors as well. Clear water stains on my roof and they tell me there is nothing wrong with the roof . Having to pay out of pocket . Terrible manufacturer
3 years....and still waiting for the repairs they never finished in the set up. Has been nothing but a disappointment with this company. Texts and emails to show how they never kept their word. Pictures of the bad work. Roof has been repaired 3x out of our pocket. Dont use them.
My Champions mobile home is only 3 years old. HVAC trunkline condensates from numerous air leaks. The belly has water it, hummidity is 90% in the house, mold growing everywhere, floor joist and sub flooring is taking on water damage at every ac register in the home.. its not covered under warranty because my 1 year is up. The only thing with a real warranty is the appliances 😆
I have never in my life dealt with such unhappy, unpleasant, disrespectful folks in my life! Marissa is the queen of never responding and lying, her boss Jamie is no better! He loves yelling at people, talking over them and assuming he knows what they are going to say. You can never seem to get a response to emails and when you call, you get you’re head ripped off because you’re just simply trying to find out when someone is going to be out to make repairs because you need to have time to request off work and pack up multipl... read more
