Was able to fixed the issue, but for what is was a bad wire connection on a new thermostat that was replaced, that at most took less than 20 minutes to resolve the issue was a little too much. I could understand the 130 dollars trip service but to add 90 dollars for something like that outrageous.220 dollars for 20 minutes.. But I guess some of us don’t understand how hard is to make that money. Lesson learned!!!

When Jeremy started doing work on my oil burner I was very pleased. But sadly after I hired him to install a heat pump for over $10,000. I was sorry I trusted him. He was sloppy, full of excuses for not showing up, not ordering the parts he needed, or even knowing he needed those parts. Mini split installed for main living area. Heating and cooling. $4-5k total. 2.5days work. So glad I didn’t have to try to DIY it. Other HVAC companies tried to lie to me, Jeremy did me straight, clean work for honest pay. 3 Mo. UPDATE: so glad I have that mini split, paid off the 6 mo. interest free loan that Jeremy hooked me up with.
