I disappointed with my treatment. Ultrasound Tech tells me that the doctor didn’t go through the vein she mapped out. So, I’m out of over $3000 dollars and nothing but pain to show for it. No follow up from office. I will not recommend or return.
I am happy my concerns were addressed right away with care. Thank you Dr. Benjamin Dao, office manager, nurses and staff!
I had a procedure done recently and was very pleased. The staff was AMAZING! I had the most wonderful team— Brandy, Alesha, Kim, Linwood & Dr. Dav. They took such good care of me and even shared their Cracker Barrel lunch with me! I highly recommend!!
Nurse AleshaWade, Nurse Brittney Williams are amazing very caring and helpful, And the Ultra sound Nurse is very professional and caring.
Poor management here! This place is a disaster. Oxford office needs help. They schedule too many patients at one time everyone's wait time is always about an hour or more! Uncomfortable chairs! Some of the workers are amazing meanwhile reception and specific female staff have an issue with being respectful to patients who are suffering with multiple conditions. I was scheduled for an unnecessary procedure before receiving a letter from insurance requesting further imaging first! I had a stent placed for one of my conditions ... read more
